A Week of mystical communion & protecting ideas

March 9 - 15, 2026

Last Quarter Moon Week of Pisces season | sharing what heals and inspires

In our last full week of Pisces Season, it's time to move into more communal spaces with a last-quarter moon week. Share your dreams, listen to the dreams of others. Move into relationship with your dreams. Allow things to be reflected back to you about your dreams and sense of compassion that you can't see except through mirroring. What clarity, diplomacy, and harmony arrive as you allow dreams, shadows, and spirituality to be shared? How will this lead to discovering hidden blocks to uproot and to deeper merging with dreams and dreamers? How will you gain wisdom and perspective through this week's spaces of ethereal sharing?

The moon will move through Sagittarius, Capricorn, and Aquarius, adding complex diplomacy through exchanging perspectives, deeper compassionate bonds through investigating authority, and spiritual wisdom through envisioning a better future.

* As a reminder, Mercury is currently in retrograde. In the second half of rx, this is a good time to dream a new dream, but refrain from taking action on new ideas just yet. Let ideas marinate before sharing. There are too many moving pieces, and a need to liberate our minds from old programs, for our ideas to be stable. Notice what's seeding. The themes that arise are ones that will start to incubate with strange and different possibilities, but they are only a spark for now. To bring them out of our depths at this point would be to expose a little spark to be blown out quickly.

Journey With the Moon | Remember Who You Are

While lunar phases help us ride the ebb and flow of the solar season, the Moon — independent of the Sun — holds its own quiet, reflective cycle around somatic knowing. To sink more deeply into memory, feeling, and intuition, follow the current Lunar Journey: The Memoirist's Journey.

We now move through the Aquarius New Moon Journey (February 17 – March 17, 2026), a cycle devoted to processing the felt sense of hope, the future, and the beautiful tension between individual genius and collective flourishing. Find it under: New Moon Journeys (scroll down to the Aquarius New Moon).

Headline Transits

Mercury in Pisces trine Jupiter in Cancer (15° 05’)

Mercury and Jupiter last met up in Cancer in January, setting a yearly shared agenda of experiencing and learning about depth, soul, women, and security. This seed wants to gain and pollinate wisdom sourced through imagination, the animating force of consciousness. In a separating sextile, this shared agenda is gaining inspiration and access to new forms of consciousness to make sense of what it is to be human and to have a soul, but it’s not quite time to take this into the world and give it direction. Open to little nuggets of inspiration.

Because Jupiter is the co-ruler of this mystical season, this transit makes it a great time to bring to the forefront an open mind toward what you believe about life and its source.

Venus in Aries sextile Pluto in Aquarius (4° 46’)

Venus and Pluto last met up in Aquarius in January, setting a yearly shared agenda around making liberation a just and powerful tool. At this sextile, the shared agenda is starting to dream — not yet broken through into a direction or actionable plans. Take time to dream of an empowered and equitable shared humanity. What does that look like? What needs to be uprooted, and what advocacy is needed to make dreams of a just, beautiful, and empowered humanity real? Let guidance arrive from beyond your own conscious understanding. Open to inspiration.

Ceres enters Taurus

Ceres has been in Aries since last May due to a long retrograde cycle. This planetary archetype, which I call the Producer, seeded a new journey in the warrior sign, eager to initiate new projects and growth that harvest independence and assertiveness as fruitful endeavors. The arc of the journey has reached a time of throwing ourselves into endeavors that we may not fully understand, acquiring new resources in a baptism-by-fire method. Now in Taurus, we can slow down to feel into what we've been asserting our productivity toward. What was impulsive versus what is actually producing stable results? It's time to consolidate and refine our methods of productivity — to be more beautiful and pragmatic, cultivating what we cherish as stewards who are willing to put in the dirty work to see results down the road.

Develop your patience and more beautiful processes.

Mercury conjunct Mars in Pisces (10° 02’)

A new Mercury-Mars agenda seeds in the sign of Pisces, right over the hungry north node. Actionable ideas are targeted around the Pisces themes of dissolving, oil, shadows, art, and spirituality (military being told they are in a spiritual war—eye roll). I can't help but think of the Iran/Israel/US conflict with this one, as this conjunction/seed takes place within a degree of the solar degree when the first barrage of missiles was sent into Iran. Mars is associated with the military and war, and Mercury with intelligence. There could be new agendas arising around the need for military intelligence as pressures mount — webs of information becoming brittle — or new ideas around military tactics could arise with stresses from a fragile sense of nimbleness. Whatever it is, fractures are testing any military's ability to move intelligence and remain adaptable.

On a personal note, this is a good time to set new intentions around moving ideas from theoretical to actionable, organizing and asserting your most hungry dreams into reality. What's become stressful and brittle around dreams, healing, or spirituality that you are trying to hold together? Is it time to at least conceive of new dreams that stimulate your mind and ignite passion?
