The 29.5-Day Cycle: Each new moon seeds a reflective theme based on its zodiac sign. This theme unfolds over approximately 29 days as the moon travels through all twelve signs, creating a 12-stage journey from seed (new moon) to completion (next new moon).

Understanding the Stages: The stages aren't tied to specific dates but to the moon's position in the zodiac relative to the sun's position. Each sign the moon moves forward from the sun represents the next stage of reflection:
